Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of temperature regulated water being applied to the body to help stimulate blood flow to certain areas, promote detox, and stimulate the immune system. Some conditions that benefit from hydrotherapy include, but are not limited to, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, stroke recovery, reducing local pain and inflammation, rheumatoid conditions, and migraines. Additionally, hydrotherapy will promote the release of endorphins and improve sleep, thus aiding in reducing states of stress in our bodies.

Some commonly used treatments in hydrotherapy include Peat Baths, Hot/Cold Showers, Constitutional Hydrotherapy, Wet/Cold Socks Protocol, Saunas, and Sitz baths.
